Korean Presbyterian Church of Fayetteville is seeking Associate Pastor to perform the following duties:

•           Under supervision of the Senior Pastor, conduct religious worship and perform other spiritual functions and rites associated with beliefs and practices of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.);

•           Prepare and deliver sermons, scriptural teachings, and theological discussions;

•           Lead main service and other services during the Senior Pastor’s absences;

•           Assist the Senior Pastor to plan and provide worship services for the congregation;

•           Conduct wedding and funeral services according to the tradition and liturgy of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.);

•           Lead and teach Bible studies, prayer meetings, and other spiritual formation programs that nurture discipleship;

•           Provide spiritual and moral guidance, counseling, and assistance to congregation members, sick and elderly, and homeless; and

•           Attend Session meetings as required and carry out pastoral duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor or Session in support of the overall ministry of the church.

The position requires a Master of Divinity or Theology and Ordination as Pastor or Minister.
